Liz Pollak- Founding Board Member, Director (serving 2014-present)
Liz graduated from Canisius College with a Bachelors of Arts in Early Childhood/Childhood Education with additional certifications in Childhood Special Education and Math (7-12). She received a Masters of Science in Special Education from Buffalo State College. Liz taught kindergarten, fourth grade and fifth grade, specializing in Science at Fourteen Holy Helpers for three years before she began homeschooling her children in 2013. Liz is a mother to four curious children, a loving wife, and an active parishioner at Fourteen Holy Helpers Church.
Kelly Gill- Founding Board Member, Administration (serving 2014-present)
Kelly has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Buffalo State College and a Master's Degree in School Counseling from Canisius College. She worked as an elementary school counselor in Orchard Park Central and Vestal School Districts, as well as an at-risk middle school counselor in Vestal. Kelly and her husband Rob have 5 children. They are active members of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary parish in Clarence.
Sarah Hammer- Board Member, Administration (serving 2015-present)
Sarah graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Theology. She spent 3 years in the classroom teaching both religion and psychology at St. Mary’s High School. Sarah is a homeschooling mom to 4 children. She and her family are members of the People of Praise Christian Community and members of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary parish in Clarence.
Sarah Dolph- Finance Manager (serving 2018-present)
Sarah holds a degree from Canisius College in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources as well as a Masters degree in Special Education from Mercyhurst University. She is a certified FertilityCare Practitioner with Catholic Health and loves that she gets to empower women and couples to know more about their fertility and their health. She is a loving wife to Eric and a homeschooling mom to three busy, fun and curious boys and sweet and smiley girl. Her family are active parishioners at Infant of Prague as well as discerning members to the People of Praise Community.

Richard Donovan (serving 2014-present)
Rick has a Bachelor's degree in Management from Canisius College. He and his wife own and operate their own book store in Dunkirk for 43 years. He is currently the business manager at Fourteen Holy Helpers Church in West Seneca. Rick and his wife have one son and daughter-in-law. They are all active parishioners of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Dunkirk, NY.
Marc Leaderstorf (serving 2014-present)
Marc is Respiratory Therapy Director for the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus which includes Buffalo General Medical Center and Oishei Children's Hospital, where he has served for 40 years. His past experience includes being an assistant professor and clinical instructor at Erie Community College for more than 30 years. Marc also did initial research in animal labs at the University of Buffalo for the safety and efficacy of Infasurf and eventual approval for use in infants by the FDA. He continued his research in premature infants and lectured throughout the US. He became a Permanent Deacon in 2013 and is assigned to St John the Baptist Church in Alden, NY. He does ministry work at the Villa Maria Wellness Center in Buffalo, NY. He and his wife of 37 years have two daughters who they homeschooled for 9 years, and 6 grandchildren. They are parishioners at St John the Baptist in Alden, NY.
